TELEVISIT

Our Providers are available for TeleMedicine visits to accommodate any patients that are unable or would prefer not to come into the office for a visit. From the comfort of your home, you can connect with your preferred Provider via your computer, tablet, or mobile phone using our Doxy.me Platform.

Prior to your scheduled appointment (You will be asked for this information):

  • Obtain your weight

  • Check your blood pressure

  • Check your heart rate

How the TeleMedicine Process Works

  • Call our office to schedule a TeleMedicine visit with your preferred Provider.  Have your insurance information readily available.

  • Shortly before your scheduled appointment you will be sent a link via email or text, your preference, with the Doxy.Me link to connect to your live session with your Provider. (i.e. doxy.me/YourDrsName)

  • It is important to be ready and logged in for your appointment on time.

  • Once you click the link provided, you will be taken to a virtual waiting room and connected with your Provider automatically once they join the call.

Labs & Examinations

  • If labs are needed, we will schedule you with the lab to get those completed or schedule you into the office.

  • Examinations can easily be conducted via the TeleMedicine visit with your Provider.  We are able to see areas of complaints through the video feature and provide consultation and care.  

  • Be sure that you have good lighting in the room during your TeleMedicine visit so that your Provider can best assist you.
