We Are Open

We are happy to announce that Snyder-Hopkins is open and available for all patients at this time. The utmost important goal at Snyder-Hopkins is for our patients to maintain their health, and relationship with their providers through all of life’s changes.

Please take a moment to review the actions the practice is taking to ensure your safety, as well as our staff, through the pandemic of COVID-19.

Staff.  All staff members are reducing risk for the spread of COVID-19 virus, by wearing appropriate proper protective equipment (PPE), as recommended by the CDC.

PPE on the staff will consist of a proper gown covering their clothes, facial mask, eyewear, face shield, and gloves.

Waiting Room. We are currently closed to all patrons. Upon arrival, we ask that all persons remain in their vehicle, and call the main office number.

Screening. All patients will be adequately screen through the telephone check-in process. Patients who are not a COVID-19 risk, and deemed to be in good health, will be accompanied into the office.

Once an adequately disinfected room is available, a staff member will meet you at the door to escort you inside.

If a patient is ill or presents any concern for COVID-19, one of our providers will conveniently perform your visit and assessment at your vehicle.

Visitors. Currently limited to decrease the amount of exposure in the office. If a patient requires assistance, one visitor is allowed to accompany the patient.

TeleMedicine.  We are now offering TeleMedicine visits to all patients when deemed acceptable concerning the condition.

Patient Priority. Please know that our entire staff is taking all the necessary precautions to heal and stay healthy. No appointment cancellations are needed. We will find the best situation to suit your unique situation.

Questions.  Please call our main number, and we are happy to speak with you.

Stay home, stay safe, stay healthy.
